We enjoy the details and will not be satisfied until we have met every aspect of your descriminating style. That is why we are now offering coordinating packages for Rehearsal “Eve of” Services, Wedding “Day of” Services and Reception “Celebration” Services. All three services may be purchased together or separately, depending upon the structure of your particular wedding. For every arrangement, you will have a professional coordinator assigned to you. She will meet with you to schedule the entire event and will keep everything running smoothly according to your plan.

 

Rehearsal “Eve of” Services
For the bride that wants her day to get off on the right foot by having assistance “on the eve of...” her wedding day – your coordinator will be at your rehearsal to meet family and attendants and assist in organizing your bridal procession. This gets you ready for a perfect celebration!

Wedding “Day of” Services
For the bride that has done her own planning and wants to hand it over so that she does not have a care in the world — just as it should be on the “day of”! Your coordinator will consult with you on all your ceremony vendors, ceremony selections and special requests. She will make final arrangements and will be at your ceremony facility to supervise set up, advise the bridal party and take care of any last minute details. There is no better way to ensure your day is “your” day!

Reception “Celebration” Services
To ensure your celebration continues to be enjoyed by all — your coordinator will consult with you on your reception vendors, the order of events and anything special you want to take place, all the way to your exit. She will supervise set up, keep the party going and then make sure things get cleaned up — freeing you to concentrate on your honeymoon!
